TRUSTEE ELECTIONS AND HUI Ā TAU 2024
Below is information related to our current trustee elections and the upcoming Hui ā tau in February 2024:
– Voting for two trustees is currently underway and voting packs have been sent to all adult registered members.
Postal voting closes at 5pm Wednesday 8 February 2024 and its recommended you post your form immediately (by Wednesday 1 February 2024 at the latest).
Ballot box voting will be available on Sunday 18 February during the Hui ā tau (open from 10am-12pm).
Online voting is available and closes at 12pm Sunday 18 February 2024.
Ngāti Tama’s Hui ā tau (AGM) and whānau wānanga will be held in Whakatū – Friday 16 to Sunday 18 February 2024.
