The 2019 Te Ipukarea host is Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Rārua and will be held in and around the Motueka Recreation Centre, Old Wharf Road, Motueka. The 2019 competition categories are: touch rugby; basketball; netball; kī-o-rahi and euchre. Partners and parents of iwi members are allowed to compete on behalf of their partner’s or children’s iwi. There will be an opportunity for each iwi to perform a waiata before or during prizegiving.
