Please keep an eye out for your voting packs which will start arriving in your letterboxes after the 13^th of November. You can cast your vote online, by mail or in person at our hui-ā-tau/AGM. If you do not automatically receive your voting pack, you can request a special vote by phoning 0800 922 822 and one will be posted out. The attached notice has more information on how to vote. Please note the different close off times for the different voting methods.

The successful nominees will be announced at our Hui-ā-Tau on the 14^th of December.
